I'm going to be 17 in a few days, on the 20th :D

and I have a french exam on the day...

the whole exam scene is sort of my excuse for the minimal blogging recently. Even if I don't revise as much as I should (i.e nothing) at least there's no hard proof of the fact that I'm on the computer all day...

still...I have watched several really good films...I'm slowly constructing a top...72 at the moment, and I've even made a little list of films that I'm most looking forward to, once exam season is O-V-E-R:

1. Indiana Jones - Was it ever to be anything else? I am the hugest fan of this series...well, the first and third films, the second was pure crap. I first watched The Last Crusade on Halloween when I was 8, and I've adored it ever since naturally I'm a little anxious that this one be good. The few people who have seen it so far have given it generally positive hopefully it should rock :D I'll probs see it the weekend after my brithday, which should be awesome fun :D

2. Priceless - or Hors du Prix, starring the utterly gorgeous Audrey Tatou, seems to be a little remake, or inspired-by-movie, of her namesake's most famous film, Breakfast at Tiffany's. I guess if anyone can do it, it would be Audrey, and the screenshots I've seen seem very sweet, much in keeping with the original. Hopefully it won't be a flop.

3. Caramel - Actually refers to the whole waxing process, one I'm very familiar with *winces* Basically, you boil water and sugar and a bunch of other stuff together, and come up with a sticky caramel substance, which you then use to give yourself excrutiating pain. It's also sometimes referred to as sugaring, and is really popular in the Middle East, in fact, my mum made some once, which actually worked better than the Body Shop kind.
Anyway, I'm talking about a movie here. Caramel is a Lebenese film about a group of women in a beauty salon, and the whole way-of-life thing, similar probably to Volver. Seems sorta cute and stuff.

4. Leatherheads - Yeah, I'm never gonna watch this ain't worth £6. But damn George Clooney is cute.

5. Forgetting Sarah Marshall - LOOLLLZ! Yeah right...
I'll probably only end up watching the first two, because any little money made is put straight into the bank to be saved up for uni, but anyway. They seem fun :D And now I'm off. Either to revise, or to watch 10 Things I Hate About You for the tenth time in a week. I'm embarrassed to say it, but it definitely has made its way to my top 20. Utterly sublime. And speaking of sublime things, the novel of Rebecca is simply fantastic.
